Handicap Range and Format Changes

Please note below changes to the Bronze Salver and Bronze Shield handicap range and change in format from Stroke to Stableford. We feel that the change from Stroke to Stableford in all categories other than the Silver will be a more appropriate and popular format for players with handicaps in excess of 16.0. By increasing the range of handicaps in the Bronze Salver and Bronze Shield by 4.0 this will allow for more friends to be able to travel together to the same venue. Furthermore there is now a handicap range overlap between Bronze Salver, Bronze Shield and Bronze Plate which will also provide some increased flexibility for players.

• Silver Salver – GA to 16.0 – Ardrossan (Yorke Peninsula) – Stroke
• Bronze Salver – GA 16.1 to 25.4 – Clare (Mid North) – Stableford
• Bronze Shield – GA 21.5 to 32.0 – Crystal Brook (Northern) – Stableford
• Bronze Plate – GA 28.1 to 54.0 – Blue Lake (South East) – Stableford

Registrations Open: Friday 28 April

Registrations Close: Friday 7 July at 5.00pm
