Sir Dallas Brooks Trophy
The Sir Dallas Brooks Trophy is a mixed foursomes net competition with one round qualifying, followed by knock-out match play. The event has been played annually at Metropolitan since 1955 (with the exception of two years due to course works), and is unique in that it allows amateurs and professionals to form a team.
Date: Monday 24 July – Wednesday 26 July
Venue: Metropolitan GC
Format: 18-Hole Mixed Foursomes Stroke + H’Cap MP
Eligibility: Mixed pair (amateur & professionals)
GA H’Cap Limit: 27.0 (Men) & 36.0 (Women) with a combined handicap that does not exceed 30.4 at date of entry.
Entry Fee: $170.00 per pair (incl. GST)
Inclusion: Light Lunch
Event Schedule:
Monday – 18-Hole Stroke (Top 8 net scores to qualify for match play)
Tuesday– Quarter Finals (PM)
Wednesday– Semi-Finals (AM) & Final (PM)
