OVERVIEW
The Riversdale Cup is a National, State Order of Merit and R&A World Amateur Ranking Event. It is for men and women of any age and played over 72-holes stroke play. The women’s event forms part of the Karrie Webb Series.
The Men’s Riversdale Cup is the second oldest golf championship played in Australia, and was first played in 1896. Notable winners include Aaron Baddeley (1999), Robert Allenby (1990 and 1991), Kurt Barnes (2003) and Scott Arnold (2008).
The Men’s and Women’s Riversdale Cups are conducted by Riversdale Golf Club, Melbourne, Victoria.
A ‘must play’ event for golfers moving to the professional circuit on one of the most picturesque and challenging courses in Australia.
